RETURNS

At londen st, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Exchanges are accepted within 16 days of purchase, except for final sale items.

  • Items must be unworn, with tags intact, in original packaging, and resellable to receive store credit.

  • A store credit code will be granted equal to the value of the item(s) returned

  • No refunds are offered for returns. Store credit codes are not valid for in-store purchases.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

6. Exchanges

  • For exchanges due to size, color, or preference, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
